This Affiliate Referral Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on creation of your affiliate account (“Effective Date”) between you (Referring Party) and Asset Global Group (AGG), whose address is Suite 5367, Unit 3A 34-35 Hatton Garden London, UK, EC1N 8DX.
I. WHEREAS, the Referring Party refers the Client to AGG with the intention of receiving compensation if the client completes a real estate transaction with a property developer referred to by AGG.
II. Compensation. In the event a real estate transaction occurs under the terms of this Agreement, the Referring Party shall be owed 1% of the deal value.
III. Payment. AGG agrees to pay the Referring Party within seven (7) business days after being paid by the property developer.
IV. Expiration. This Agreement shall terminate on deletion of your affiliate account.
VII. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter contained in this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations between the Parties.
